Herstreet - The Path from Homelessness to Autonomy


		Montreal Herstreet is a community-based organization committed to its mission of helping homeless women and women in difficulty. Thanks to the success of its 2002 campaign “Under One Roof,” Herstreet opened a new multiservice centre complete with an integrated housing unit called the Olga House. Each year, nearly 400 women in distress seek our help. Day after day, we help them get back on their feet. No woman should be left homeless, helpless and without means... THE ORGANIZATION – This section contains all essential information about Herstreet’s services and activities. THE FOUNDATION – This section features information about the Herstreet Foundation, which was created in 2001 to ensure the future of the organization. Donations to the organization contribute directly to front line services for women. Donations to the foundation help ensure the long-term viability of Herstreet’s infrastructure and activities. Both forms of contribution are equally important!
